    i love those old houses out there…even the ones with a lot of damage..i guess these are fix-er uppers ehh? would be sweet to live out there…

    They do some require some love but I guess the price would reflect that point. the good thing is there are attractive historic tax credits available for renovating/ restoring these buildings due to the historic nature. The right mix of someone willing and able to restore these buildings will narrow down potential buyers but make them that much more special!

      Yes, but they have been pulled of the market, state or city owns them now. Sad…

        It is sad. South Carolina Public Railways (SCPR) is in the process of taking the properties thru eminent domain.
