PeopleMatter Named One of the Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the Southeast

July 13, 2010

PeopleMatter, one of the fastest growing tenants at the Navy Yard at Noisette has been recognized by Lead411 as one of the “Hottest Companies in the Southeast” for 2010.  Lead411 is a company providing the latest information, news and research about U.S. companies and their executives.  PeopleMatter was founded in late 2009 and concentrates on creating software solutions to help the service industry manage the process of sourcing, hiring, training, scheduling and retaining their employees.

PeopleMatter also places a high emphasis on their culture and it is evident from the first step you take into their office or your first visit to one of their multiple social media outlets.  The Noisette Company shares common space with PeopleMatter at 7 Storehouse Row and we’ve felt first hand the high-energy, enthusiastic, fun atmosphere they have created.

Everyday has a new surprise at PeopleMatter

It’s not all about having fun, although that is important.  The PeopleMatter Foundation is a 100 percent volunteer based organization that since founded in April of this year has already made relief trips to Haiti and the Gulf Oil spill.  From their website, “PeopleMatter Foundation was established to enhance the well-being of those affected by disaster by providing immediate response, reconstructive and educational efforts aimed at developing self-sufficient communities.”

Overall, a great company to work for, with, or follow (facebook) (twitter). They have created an environment that motivates their employees and it permeates thru to their customers and their product. Congratulations to PeopleMatter and we look forward to your continued success!
