Jeff Baxter to Speak at Urban Land Institute Event

The Noisette Company’s very own Director of Development is scheduled to speak as part of a panel on LEED’s Influence on the Built Environment.  Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) is an internationally recognized green building certification system.  A joint event between The Urban Land Institute and the Society for Marketing Professional Services Palmetto, will take place Thursday, August 26th in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina.  For more info, click here.  The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit research and education organization that provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.  Jeff Baxter will join several local industry experts in discussing the LEED industry and will engage in a comprehensive conversation regarding LEED in our marketplace.  Good luck Jeff!

Historic Medical Officers Quarters Sale Completed

Quarters 759, a Naval Medical Officers Quarters sold to an individual last week for residential use.  The historic building is located inside the Naval Hospital Historic District, North of the hospital between Avenue H and F.  Built circa 1942, this building will be revitalized and can be used for residential or commercial or a mix of the two.  The building is appx 4000 sq ft and is situated on a beautiful lot with plenty of shade and surrounding history to speak of and explore.  We are happy to welcome the new owners to the Yard!

Driving Around the Yard

Driving around the Yard the other day, I snapped some pictures and wanted to share some of them with you and in the process, update you on some of the various projects in progress.  Lots of activity to report.  Enjoy!
