Lowcountry Local First Farm Fresh Food Initiative Accepting Applications For Apprentices

Fellow “yarder” organization Lowcountry Local First is seeking 3 apprentices for their Farm Fresh Food initiative.  This Sustainable Agriculture Initiative focuses on strengthening local farms and producers by creating partnerships with local restaurants, institutions, and the community.  The “Growing New Farmers Incubator Pilot” seeks to begin growing the next generation of farmers in the Lowcountry.  These leaders will seek to improve the health of our community, preserve and steward our land, and strengthen our local food economy.  For more details, please visit the website:
